Welcome home, builder.
You are now part of The Entrepreneurs Society: a community for entrepreneurs who want to learn, connect, collaborate, and grow with people who understand the journey.
This book is your simple first guide. Start here, take one step at a time, and let the community meet the real you.
You do not need to build alone here. TES is a place to be seen, supported, challenged, and connected.
Some members come to find knowledge. Some come to find partners, clients, mentors, or friends who understand the pressure of building a business. Whatever brought you here, your first job is simple: show up honestly and let people know what you are building.
This is not a community of perfect entrepreneurs. This is a community of people who are learning, executing, helping, and growing together.
TES is more than a networking group.
TES is an entrepreneurship ecosystem. That means you will find learning, events, conversations, business opportunities, member stories, and support systems designed to help entrepreneurs grow.
A Learning Space
Through classes, bootcamps, masterminds, and practical sharing, TES helps you strengthen your mindset, strategy, sales, marketing, leadership, finance, and growth.
A Relationship Space
TES is built on trust. You are encouraged to meet people properly, listen first, ask clearly, and create value before expecting value back.
An Opportunity Space
Members can discover events, collaborations, referrals, showcases, partnerships, speaking opportunities, and pathways into deeper TES programs.
Start simple. Become visible.
A community becomes useful when people know who you are, what you do, and what you need. Your first week is about entering the room well.
Receive Your Welcome
Save the TES contact, read this onboarding book, and check which group or channel you have been invited into.
Introduce Yourself
Post your short introduction using the template below. Let members know your business, your city, and your current focus.
Meet One Person
Reply to one member, ask one thoughtful question, or request a simple introduction from the community manager.
Choose Your First Event
Register for one recommended event: Kumpul Bareng, a webinar, a seminar, a workshop, or another open TES activity.
Prepare Your Ask
Write one clear thing you need help with. Be specific: a supplier, client type, mentor topic, tool, venue, or business challenge.
Prepare Your Offer
Write one useful thing you can offer: knowledge, connection, discount, experience, collaboration idea, or practical support.
Show Up
Attend your first event or conversation with intention. Bring a short intro, listen well, and follow up after meeting someone.
Reflect and Continue
Ask yourself: who did I meet, what did I learn, what can I give, and what should I do next inside TES
Your first TES programs.
You do not need to join everything at once. Pick one door first, then build rhythm from there.
Kumpul Bareng TES
A friendly networking and sharing space. Best for meeting members, practicing your introduction, and starting relationships.
Mastermind Class
A deeper learning and problem-solving session for entrepreneurs who want practical feedback, strategy, and accountability.

ELITES Pathway
If you are an active business owner ready for deeper commitment, ask the team about the curated ELITES membership path.
Make it easy for people to help you.
A good introduction is short, clear, and human. Avoid hard-selling. Help people understand your story and what kind of connection would be useful.

Community Etiquette
- Give before you ask. A helpful introduction is remembered longer than a sales pitch.
- Be specific. Clear asks are easier for members to respond to.
- Protect trust. Do not misuse member contacts, private stories, or group access.
- Follow up properly after events. Relationships grow after the first conversation.
- Show up with respect. Be on time, be kind, and be professional.
Use TES with the right mindset.
TES works best when members treat the community as a long-term growth environment, not a quick transaction.
Be Visible
People cannot support what they cannot see. Introduce yourself, attend events, ask questions, and share your journey.
Be Useful
Offer ideas, referrals, lessons, feedback, or encouragement. Small contributions create trust over time.
Be Consistent
One event is a start. Real community value comes from rhythm: showing up, following up, and staying connected.
Download your Dream Book.
Use the TES Dream Book to write your goals, clarify what you are building, and make your next conversations inside the community more intentional.
Your next step: introduce yourself today.
Start with one honest introduction, one useful offer, and one clear ask. That is enough to begin.
